Piecing together your Canadian family tree can be a lot of fun, at the same time very frustrating. There are some great articles on this website to get you started with your Ancestry search. The best place to start though is talking to your family. Start with the eldest and move down to the younger ones, it's a good idea to get the old ones before they forget! They may still hold stories from 3 generations before themselves and this can be very valuable information, especially if you're serious about tracing your ancestry and documenting your heritage.
